Shotgun Season

This week is not the kind of week we dream about.  With 6 morning shotgun starts in 8 days, we'll have to make some sacrifices with regards to course maintenance.  We really need some rain, but that would add another layer of difficulty to the plan.  The stretch we are currently in includes: Spring Memorial Saturday/Sunday, FABA Outing Monday, MVSGA Thursday, Member Guest Friday, and Men's Golf Event #2 Saturday.  We will have to break some "rules" with regards to our start time this week in order to get it all done.  Tuesday and Wednesday will have to be very productive or we may have US Open rough from Thursday until the following week.  Giving greens their biweekly treatment and squeezing in a much needed topdressing would be a huge victory in my book.  With some rain in the forecast we will likely fall short of meeting our expectations for course conditions this week.  Please be patient with us and know that we are doing our best as always.
