School Starts...Seasonal Staff Stops

It seems like the crew just returned for work yesterday, but today was the last day for some of them and next week will finish off the summer for the others.  We've had a great summer team for a few years and this year was one of the best.  This year's team was made up entirely of veterans returning from previous seasons.  It was good to have that experience from the start to avoid the learning curve which can sometimes take an entire summer.  Given the weather we faced I'm glad we had the team we did.  They account for nearly 400 hours a week so you can understand how we might be affected without that effort.  There will be a noticeable difference in the way we do things without the seasonal staff, but things will still get done. Thanks to our full time staff we are in good hands........just a lot fewer hands.
