Gene is our equipment manager and he stays busy year round. It's pretty common for a fleet as large as ours to be under the care of two people so Gene never really gets "caught up". The winter time is the best time to get things back in shape. In this picture he is replacing the bearings and seals in one of our many (100+) rollers.
